Oil Change, first time, any tricks??

You will need to remove the lower right fairing to access the oil filter. Be sure to do the tin foil trick mentioned above for a clean job. Add 3.5 quarts or what ever the ml conversion is with a filter change and you will be right in the middle regardless of the stand. I lay a mirror under meath so I can see the reading on my torque wrench and snug to 16 ft/lbs. Oil change with filter in 30 min including fairing removal. Have fun.

Thanks Dudewizr, you da man. Am I gonna get the good exit flow with my rear wheel up from the stand? Or do I gotta drop the bike level horizonal & then pop it back up again when I put the plug, filter & fairing back on?
