Newest member of the 100K Club now.

Congratulations, you are now in a very unique club!

Now how bout a list of parts that has failed during that 100K mile trek (Not to include normal ware items such as brake pads and tires)

How many times have you serviced your brakes, forks, shock, etc.

Any Oil consumption at this point? If so how much between changes.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like to see a health report on your busa?

Health report:

At 50K the water pump oil seal failed, and I had to but the upgraded water pump. I also changed the temp sensor, sending unit, and upgraded to the Muzzy fan, even though they didn't fail. (Associated parts syndrome)

I've changed the steering head bearings twice. (One extra time due to a poor diagnosis of another problem) :banghead:

I've changed both front calipers once.

I'm just starting my 4th set of sprockets and chain.

No internal engine work yet, and the valves were in spec at 85K.

Bent both rims once, (replaced the front with used, fixed the rear.)

Front forks serviced twice, with seals.

3 batteries so far.

Rear shock hasn't been touched, and an Ohlins' is on the Christmas list.

The bike has never stranded me on the side of the road. Ever!!

Thats Awesome !!!!!! If my 02 hadn't got hit i'd only be at 92k but I had to start over with the 04 . 02 had 37k , 04 has 55k. I'm still counting then together
