Good choice in colour I have the same bike. As for the break in period I put a couple hundred miles on it then started to let each gear from second onwards rise steadily towards the 5k mark before changing rather than just getting into top 6th and holding to 5k which is about 90-100 M.P.H so be carefull and watch for the LEO's out there.

I'm still breaking mile in I got 275 on mine as of today and I started doing some easy 5k pulls, just give it time the miles will come and in no time you will have her broke in
