I've been coveting this helmet for about 6 months.

Finally ordered it last week and retrieved it yesterday after riding.

It's absolutely amazing.

Shoei's top-of-the-line "Air Trax"; you can feel the air hitting your scalp from a variety of directions when you're riding.

I wore it for the first time, this morning, to work. I'm afraid all my other helmets pale in comparison.

I bought this to complement my yellow/red/black Red Bull Gauloises jacket. It's a fantastic match.

Anyway, I couldn't be more pleased.

It's o.k.  Like the tail-end of the Gen2 'busa (and all the controversy surrounding THAT), you forget all about appearances one you're actually using it.
