I am looking to purchase a new 2014 Hayabusa and wondering if this is a good deal or not been like 10 years since I got a new one so a little out of it.
14,000.00 after tax, lic, and dealer fees with credit for 200 towards helmet?
Depends on your area however, a dealer near me has two '13's for 14,500 (not including tax/fees) so, that sounds ok. I would check a few other dealers just to be sure.
Don't know where you're at but cheapest OTD price I've seen is in West VA for $13,050.When I bought my new 2011 I took in a photocopy of the lowest OTD price I could find within 500 miles on Cycle Trader and said if they(my local dealer)could match it I'd buy from them and they did(I gave $12,734.50 OTD).

14K even, plus a $200 store credit? Coming from a sales guy, that sounds like a lazy sales guy. Did you leave your contact info? If you obtained this quote in person, and it's been more than a day or two, you should be expecting a follow up call with some further incentive to buy.
Bought my 2011 in March of 2012 for $10,750 after $1000 Suzuki Instant Rebate + Applicable Taxes and the $500 5 year tire and wheel protection plan I purchased + $750 I think it was for the 5 year extended warranty.
OTD with 5 year unlimited mileage warranty and tire and wheel replacement $12k
