Is it the officer's fault? Thats allot of damage to the car to be just turning in front of a bike, sounds like the biker was hauling from that witnesses' claim. Very sad to see happen. A reminder of why speeding should be kept to the tracks.

I have said it beofre police are just people not super heros it doesnt sound like he did it on purpose like a high speed chase or anything. It sounds like a horrible accident I hope the biker is OK and if it was the officers fault they take care of this guy fairly. One thing always bothers me and shows just how one sided reporters can be when it looks like it might be the policemans fault they bike collided with the police cruiser. When a bike might be at fault the bike crashed into etc etc some thing they always put a spin on it.
