I'm sick , what can I say. I'm glad he's alive, and I hope he has a full rehabilitation .

one things for sure   when this all started he dident even have a leg to stand on

I suspect this is going to severly limit his ass-kicking abilities......

God bless the USA and it's one unique creation, the lawyer. He had an accident, he hit a pole, he sues for hitting the pole. Soon you are going to be seeing warning signs on all poles in the USA; "Warning this is a pole, do not hit this or injury may result." I actually saw a sign on the side of a bridge that said "Warning do not jump over rail."
