Mechanical Question

I have a 2004 Hayabusa with 9800 miles on it when I parked it it was running perfect I left to go take care of some family things when I came back it was leaned over on its side from the reins I guess the ground was too soft and it fell over when I started it up it has an F1 code and is running really rough what could have caused it to start running rough

How long do you think it was on its side? How long did you leave it standing before you tried to start it?

It was probably over for about a month let it sit upright about 24 hrs tried riding around the block but it just sounds really rough

Put new plugs in it. Oil probably seeped past the rings as it was on its side for so long and fouled them.

Like he said,, Check the plugs,, first
they are most likely oil soaked!
