Do you get a lot of people flashing their high beams at you cause they are so bright?

Do you get a lot of people flashing their high beams at you cause they are so bright? [/Quote]Once in a while,but I still think these are the people who have never heared of HID and know no better.

Many of times I have hID's coming towards me when driving my vehicle and yes it is bright,but I know that it isn't some jack azz running with his high beams on!

Waiting on some friends feedback of their lighting setup (1x GSXR600, 1x GSXR1000, 1x 06' R6..the CBR we already covered and he's in).

George, will you do a low/low set, if I want just the low and someone else does as well? Thanks.

(Suijuris @ Jan. 16 2007,18:12) I'm in. Don't know which one though- 6 or 8k?
Go with 6000k... it is the closest to sunlight.
So the 6k and 8k are brightness?  Not tint or coloring?
That's correct... 6000k has no tint, pure white. Some people say 5500k is pure white, but I don't think the human eye can notiice that subtle difference. With 8000k you will see a blue tinge.

George;
What's your take on doing just the lower or doing both the low and high beam. Also, your opinion on what the benefits of both and what you'd suggest for kelvin color.

Thanks

I'm in, I have been thinking about getting them for a while. Was going to hit you up when I was ready Big George. bowdown.gif

If the price fits your budget I'd say do them both.

As I've said... for kevlin buy 6000k.

You dont need both ! The low beam is all I ever use... Trust me on this.. Ask others who have them. Also the 5000 k is the whitest. you can wear sunglasses at night and see Way Better than with stock bulb.. but if you want both,consider the projector high beam is focused for the stock bulb.
