Well… I really hate to see the news.
Many of my closest friends are people I met because of this site. We’ve been through great times and tragic times, but always together because of this welcoming little corner of the internet.
I’ve ridden for hours on-end, in all varieties of weather, some of it downright unpleasant, but because of the great company along for the ride, it’s always been a good time. We have shared experiences and stories that will be told and retold for the rest of our years and will always bring a smile to our faces.
Those who know, know. The .oRg has been much more than a website. I am honored to have been a part of it.

Really sad to see this post and went to double check it wasn't April 1st. Went on a few group rides and met awesome people in person. Have connected to many more through a screen. A wealth of information will be lost for sure.
Pipe hates to say with the way the internet is; he is surprised this hasn't came sooner than now.
Thank you Doug for all that you have done to keep this site alive for so long while others have failed.
Thank you everyone else for the memories and friendships many years ago.

Good to see you posting back up. Maybe I need to load up the old hard drive and post a pic of the pink busa for you.
Truly sad by the news. Even went and told the wifey after reading all the posts.

Many of them yes. Those few days all of us hung out and got to on a each other.

It's actually kinda frustrating. This place used to buzzzzz daily with threads and posts. And all of those here and more were active daily. Many if not most posting here are in that pic I posted.

I’ve only been around 3 years now… and I gotta say I feel like crap after just 3 years and to come on at the end of my day and read all the banter about old times and even older timers is a fresh breath in an otherwise crappy time we live in now. Not to say it’s all bad but to see and hear the stories and friendships sure is refreshing. I’ll miss everyone here whether it’s a post that’s been far to long between or the now regulars we hear from all the time.

I find this place to be very active on a daily basis.....I have yet to see a day go by without several new posts.....
And there is still a core posting group that lives here.....a few user names have changed is all....
Since this news, I've looked around at other forums.........none even hold a candle to this place....it's not even a contest.........
One I went into had 2 posts in a week.......
