Have you seen their "Business Plan"?  Is it registered and approved by the FTC as a legal marketing plan?

Just a few things to look into if you want to keep it legal!

To be honest with you, I never thought of looking or asking for there business plan. I just read up on who pays and who doesnt. I do know that every year you get a tax statement. If that helps..LOL
