Lowering the front on an 08

Has anyone lowered the front of the 08 busa with the Heli bar set up on it? Do you have any trouble with it hitting the shield? Any pictures would be grateful. Thanks in advance, Doug

Shouldn't the heli bar go lower with the triple tree (and shield). Unless your heli's clamp on using some other method, I don't think they will move in relation to your win screen.

That is what i am wondering. Right now i only have about a 1/4 of an inch clearance there. With out seeing it its really had to tell that is why i am asking before i try to do it. I am hoping that someone has done it already. Thanks for the reply.

I hate to guess, so I'm going to stay out of this one (cause I don't use Heli bars)...but I am just thinking (and assuming you already have the heli's installed) that if nothing touches now then it shouldn't make a different when you lower it.

I use a couple things that do touch (Pazzo levers for one)
