New Busa owner here...I have a knock in the front wheel at every speed. It goes away completelywhen I apply front brakes. Release them and it starts back. First heard it and thought it was a rod knocking. Definitely in the front brake area. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Welcome,

What year is your bike and how many miles are on it?

Do you have a front stand for the bike? If so put it on it and rotate the tire, try to move it side to side or up and down....I've used a piece of wood and made a fulcrum to put under the tire to try and move it up and down...this checks the wheel bearings..

Check all the bolts on the front end including the front rotors....while you are checking the rotors, check the free floating pins to see if they are moving too much

Rotate the front tire as fast as you can and have someone apply the front brakes, do this several times while listening and watching the calipers and brake pads.

....and as was mentioned, check the brake pads to see if they are worn out.
