I'll give ya the short version.
I've been having some clutch problems.
A Buddy from Houston was traveling thru town this morning, on the way to a race in Louisiana.
I asked him to stop and I would meet him on the Interstate, as to not slow down their travels too much.
I needed him to ride my bike, to check out the clutch and give me a second opinion.
Well, we met at a truckstop in Beaumont. I told him that if he needed several gears, turn under the freeway and there are several miles of, straight, BRAND NEW cement.
If he only needed 1 or 2 gears, go under the freeway and keep straight.
It's a 45mph road,
but its nice and wide and good cement.
If you choose that road, make SURE you make a ride thru at the speed limit to look for the cops, and run it on the way back.
Well, he left,
took the 45 mph road and then came back.
First I asked, what do you think?
He replied, I think ya'll have some cool cops in this town!!
Uhhh, did he get you?
He said , NO, he just flashed his lights at me and kept going.
How fast were you going?
Uhhhh, When I PASSED him(going the other way), I was at the TOP of 3rd!
