As a desktop user, only, my feeling is that the new format works just as great as the old one! I'm very thankful it's here! The only gripe I have ever had is that you can't edit after 30 minutes or so passes. It's not too big of a deal but if important info needs to be updated months later, such as parts # or a mistake in a procedure, it's there for ever. All you can do is post a correction but if it's a thread with lots of replies, there's a good chance the update will be overlooked.
