You are right, it's about littering, but at least one smoker that has responded either doesn't think it is littering, or he doesn't think it's anybody's business if he does it.You not smokers feel good about yourself, huh?

well.. it is littering.... I`d recommend him educate himself on this matter. There is laws about it in every state, and littering prosecuted when caught.. I guess we clear about it...

I knew about the russians in st. pete, I've overheard them talking while at the mall over there. I was also eating in a restaurant once, and the waitress asked if anyone at our table spoke russian. I was cheating a little bit. Typing Russian an an english keyboard is brutal. None of the letters match and I have to look at the on screen guide for every letter. I would take me 10 minutes to type this.Now I know how you guys laught when I typing in English.
