Yeah, it's so nice to see cigarette butts dumped all over every intersection or better yet when the scumbags dump an ashtray full onto a parkinglot. I took one out of this dudes mouth before who was blowing the nasty smoke towards me and put it out. (funny, no one kicked MY ass) I love it when you get one flicked onto your bike or truck hood after you just washed it, too.

If someone threw a bag of garbage from McDonald's out the car window onto the road would you have a problem with that? There is no difference other than the cigarette can start a fire and also land you in jail. As far as I'm concerned, if you throw garbage out the window of your car, you deserve to have it thrown right back in, and try all the a$$ kicking you want on the road and see where that lands you, probably in the morgue.

I'm not a fan of fighting.. the same guy could call me a dildo for throwing it out and I probably wouldn't have much to say... it would be the invasion of my personal space (my vehicle) and fact that I probably wouldn't know whether the guy was tossing my cig back, or a snake, or a damn live grenade.

it's just not acceptable behavior to me.. so I wouldn't tolerate it.

I've been hit by other peoples cigs on the bike... but I wear full leather.. so I don't give a fugg... been hit by M&M's intentionally also... just made whackin off motions with my hand.. flipped em' off and passed em and didn't think anything else about it 2 miles later.

Just keep throwing your trash out the window then. Cigarette butts are trash and people who throw trash out the window or their cars are trash. It's no wonder people's smoking rights are being taken away with inconsiderate people like you treating the world as your own personal trash can. Some of us live in clean houses that don't stink and like to live in clean towns without trash all over the road.

Do you throw that crap out the window when cops are behind you or do you only do it in front of people that won't haul your smack talking butt to the pokey?
