Obviously mistakes are a part of life and nobody's perfect. However, when protocol that includes a lot of collateral damage is used anyway, that's a different matter. The random rounding up of large groups of individuals does not take civil rights into account at all and improper detention of the legal individuals and individuals that have been here decades is not a mistake, it's intentional.

If the landscaper case is true, any one of his boys can sponsor their parent. The process takes 10 to 14 months. He could have done this a long time ago, so why break the rules if it is so easy to follow them?

Really, all he needs is a 10 months vacation, then come back on his path to become a naturalized citizen.

I just read an article that says Trump wants to sue California for causing the increase in egg prices, because Cali passed a law that says all their eggs have to come from cage free hens. The thing is, the law originated in 2008 and was revised in 2018, several years before eggs prices went up. Once again, Trump is a freaking idiot. I don’t even know why I capitalize his name.

I watched a documentary where they talked to to a few ICE agents (anonymously) and they were saying morale is at an all time low. Lots of them are tired of arresting people like this landscaper.......

Also there are a lot of Latino ICE agents as they need to be fluent in Spanish.....

That’s a low bar and yes I think she and a lot of people including republicans and democrats would be better than either one of those old farts, especially Trump. Biden was ineffective but Trump is a criminal that is effectively destroying what this country was built on.

A president or western world leader shouldn't be trying to run their countries by themselves...that's what dictators and autocrats do....

Western leaders have advisors and cabinet members to help guide them and offer advice even though the final say is up to the leader, they should be taking considerations under advisement......something I'm not so sure is happening in this administration......it's a "my way or the highway" kind of leadership from what I see.....

Trump involving himself on the stage at the award ceremony at the FIFA Club World Cup was an embarrassment to our country and the the current momentum that soccer is enjoying in our country. It was painfully obvious he didn’t belong, but it was just another day for him. He seems oblivious.
