How to put the back seat/rail on

When I picked up my bike I asked the dealer to put the hump on. I am a crazed lunatic and new if the seat was there someone would be on it. Now I am about ready to give it a go and have noticed the the dealer lost one of the metal stays where the rail attaches. Do you need the metal and plastic bushings or are these just so then the hump does not rattle?

If it's not rattling now then you have answered your own question...Just be sure and remove them if you take the rail off if not they will vibrate out...

IF the handrail is on AND you do the Hump/Handrail Mod... you will not need the extra bushings...
