As we know alot of the price depends on location.......up here in the Great White North I got a better chance of hitting a Moose than of getting hit by a cage or the bike getting jacked!

State Farm $180 full coverage/yearly 54 yrs old Non smoker No tickets:whistle:...(at least that are on my record) 3rd bike with State Farm, second Busa

USAA is insuring our 2007 Busa (and they know its a turbo) and our house, cars. The Busa alone is $30/month (500 deductible, full coverage). Married, kids, mid 40s, no tickets on record....

A lot of variables here

With Farmers, it's $326 a year full coverage w/ $200 deductible.
Plus Liability 500K/500K & Uninsured motorist 500K/500K

The Busa has the highest of everything due to spending a month of each year traveling on it. Occupational hazard. Have to be careful with those dollar amounts b/c you could have a super-low rate, but sucky liability $$$ amounts.

Got 6 policies with them though + married, 3 kids.

326 a year ::11

If I could find insurance like that for 500 or even 600 a year I'd be happy, probably have a heart attack an die right there:laugh:

I know we all have diferent situations, age, tickets, # of vehicles, etc. There is a huge difference though in what is sounds like people are paying. I have no tickets, been riding for 20 yrs., single, 4.0 gpa graduate student, full coverage 500 deductable for 102.00 per/month. I dont get it. I've shopped arround and coudn't find any better.
???

it depends on the state law's too, like in wisconsin we are required to have $100k/$300k uninsured motorist coverage, $100k/$300k underinsured motorist, $50k/$100k bodily injury liability coverage. if your state is similar this may be why yours is higher than others too.

$50 a month for full coverage with $1000 deductible through State Farm..

That's down from $3600 for a year from Progressive.. Freakin ripoff!

I think i'm either going with state farm or Geico.. I did the online quote on Geico and it was 135.00 for the year.. I haven't tried state farm but my auto policies are with them so maybe i can get a multiple discount..

This is crazy!!!!!! I just switched from USAA full cov 414.00 for 6 months!!! Went with 30/60/50 liability 79.00 for six months State Farm. I had to cut expenses, I was getting tired of paying so much for maybe!!!! JM2C!!!!!

FULL insurance (150K/300K) including theft and uninsured motorist w/ $250 deductible for $120 per mo. with Nationalwide.

Not sure how relevent it is as im in Australia, but....

AU$1,390 (about $1250 US) with Shannon's.
To fit your "monthly" survey thats about $104 US for all 4 bikes

Fully comp, Multibike policy with 4 bikes.
08 B-King, 02 Hayabusa, 99 Bandit 1200 and a 1980 GSX1100ET.
All bikes are on "agreed valuation" and include all mod's (lots on the Busa)
Covered for all riders and pillions riding gear.
Option to do own repairs.
Option to buy back any salvage.

Only conditions set were....
** Bike must NOT be a daily commuter to work,
(although "sometimes" is allowed so not sure how they'd know, they admitted this themselves)
** Bike must be garaged when at home.
** No 2nd riders on policy.
** Wont insure young or previous loss of licence riders.
