How high was your Progressive quote?

Just for grins, I thought I'd start a thread about the high quotes people are receiving from Progressive. Who will have the highest quote? Should be fun! I'll start...

Age 52, $1,000 deductible, Clean Record, $2745. (Went with State Farm for $500.)

I got a quote from them, im 24 i have auto with them and have been clean for the 36 months that they go back and they quoted me over 12 grand a year with the 1000 dedictible

10 grand a year. I have a perfect record, perfect credit and I was around 36 when I got that quote. I live in NYC.

41, clean record, progressive charges me 409 per year.
But insurance in Vt is highly regulated.
That is a yearly rate that I can pay over 4 installments,but I just fork it over every May.
They did go up on me like 35 bucks this year though.

For me progressive is the cheapest. $900 for busa $300 for Harley. State Farm would be about the same if I bundled house & Car. But, the company I bundled house and Car is like 800 cheaper than State Farm.

The quote on my Busa was 2900 and on my new GSX 1000 3600 for one year, thats with, 500 deduct, no tickets, 48,in Florida, went with geico 650 a year for both.

Wow I had progressive before I switched to SF. I paid $1,095 a year with a $250 deductible. Havent checked it since then. Im in Ohio and 19. Yea thats it 19.

I'm with state farm (458.34 a yr with 500 deduct). Progressive wanted me to pay 3300 every 6 months with a 1000 deduct. Pristine Record, 25.

Geico, supposedly "motorcycle friendly" wanted me to pay 4500 a yr w/ a 1000 deductible.

If I can remember right they quoted me over 3000 a yr with a perfect record and a 1000 ded. I now have SF with a 500 Ded and 420 a year. I also have nothing else insured thru State Farm just my bikes. My wifes 600 has a 250 Ded and we only pay 280 a yr for that one.

I think they quoted me at the time 16,000k dollars. At the time I was 24 with a clean driving record.

The quotes on the net are always high with Progressive. Mine was $3800 on the web site. Don't trust that rate though, call them. I knew that wasn't right so I called, turns out it is only $600 a year.

Checked last year for Liability only Progressive was $500. Went with Geico at $79/yr for same coverage.

36 clean record progressive was around 2500 a year...went with State Farm 800 a year. I found a great agent that would take me and the bike only...other State Farm agent wouldn't even talk to me unless I had car insurance with them. I'd switch everything over to state farm if they did homeowners again my Allstate agent was crazy high too

26 years old 1000 ded, 7500.00 a year. The lady was actually laughing when she came back with the quote. I went Nationwide and I am much happier with the rates. By the way I had a clean record at the time.

No wonder my agent hasn't called me back. 47, clean record, was paying $101/yr for basics. Busa was stolen 8/2. Called him for a quote on an 06 and still waiting. Before Progressive, $800/yr with $500 ded through Horace Mann (the teacher's insurance). They jumped to $1200. Guess they didn't want my business anymore.
