Is it only for military funerals or all? I only ask because they(Westboro) do target other funerals from time to time. As I read, it's only military.

Unfortunately Westboro is protected under the first amendment so I can't see this making it as much as I'd like to see it. Of course if I retaliate with a baseball bat I feel that should be protected under my first amendment rights as well.

Way I understand it, they aren't taking away their right to protest, just making it so it can't happen within 300 feet of a funeral.
