GPS wiring

Is this correct?
Getting some very strange readings at B23 do I need a resistor some where?

Got the megasquirt GPS readings to work FLAWLESSLY
Oddly B20 is not the same as B23 Oops
and my Fluke Voltmeter was giving me wonky readings
My $19.99 Autozone special got accurate and clean voltages

Now that it appears I have a Clean GPS signal do I
1 Try my AMS1000 in GPS mode
2 Try My MegaSquirt in AMS1000 mode
