Hey guys,

I just want to confirm I'm doing this correct. I've got a gen 2 and I'm getting rid of the tipover switch. There are 3 wires. Red, black, and black/brown. I just want to confirm that I just need to install a 60k ohm to 64k ohm resistor from the red to the black. The black wire feeds to the ecu. The black/brown feeds to ground.

Is this correct? Do I just seal the black/brown wire and not connect it to anything?

Thanks in advance guys.

Thanks Jake whitebird, I did look at that, but I could install a resistor and do the exact same. I'm trying to eliminate any and all plugs and wiring I don't need. She's just a race bike now.

Pretty sure I got it figured out. 2 100W resistors on the three wires into a T. 60-64k ohm is for the old gen 1 switch.
