Thanks for posting the pictures Justin, this is something I have been planning on doing for awhile now and seeing the photos confirms its something I need to do sooner than later.

I hope the rear isn't heavier, or you'd be shooting yourself in the foot, right?

Technically yes... I'd rather the front weigh a little more especially since I'm running a single caliper in the front, but I just verified the rear weight of rim to rim and it's just about a half pound so nothing to worry about since I'll be running a 47T aluminum rear sprocket.

Very nice job, I would like to see what was involved to make them work.

Mods pinned the write up in the Gen II section for me and everything you need to know is in there

You're very welcome. I believe you're running a Gen I so it will be different but I can tell you just by looking at the rolling chassis, it looks awesome. I know I'm going to get mixed feelings on it, but I'm fairly certain I'm doing to powder coat the spokes gold just to be that much different and people really see the wheels
