Fuel Octane

The owners manual for '05 busa's recommends 87 octane. I personally have used 91 octane since purchasing my new bike one month ago, out of habit from other bikes I have owned. What do you you folks use and is a higher (91 or similar) octane better than the 87 noted in the owners manual?

Do a search, this gets talked about all the time but 87 is fine.

85 but I'm in Denver and ride higher into the mountains. Can't get lower than 85 around here and it's still 2.19. On the plus side, I haven't gone over 10 bucks for a tank yet

Oh, I use 89 since the fuel here in Kaulifornah is oxygenated.
