What is the difference?

I bought my busa with spikes on the front and rear.

I also have my inspection sticker attached at this post

If you can see the picture, the spike is attached, and the black thing behind it is the inspection sticker mounting plate.

Am I able to use a frame stand with these? I really dont want to take them off if I dont have to.

Thanks

Those spikes on the rear look like they would work with stands.

A chock you can pull into and it should support the bike by the front wheel.

Stands will lift either the front or the back of the bike up and are not interchangeable. A front stand must be used with a rear stand, but you can use a rear stand on it's own. I would consider a rear stand a must, if only for chain lubing. I do allot work on my own bike so I have chocks and stands in my garage. Heck my track bike doesn't even have a kick stand lol.

I use harbor freight chocks and redline stands, pleased with both of them. I will say if you only get one front stand get one that lifts by the triple tree. Lets you take the forks out if you want.

I've never scene anyone use a chock on rear so i have no feedback on that.

A good chock pretty much grips the front wheel well enough to support the bike. Look it up on youtube for a better understanding.
