Busa does not have a choke, just a fast idle knob, it's fuel injected. Fouled plugs shouldn't be caused by having the idle up high.

+1. With the engine mods, the PC3 map is probably set rich and riding it slow is probably fouling the plugs. I'm not recommending riding it fast to keep the plugs clean without having experience. It would be worth a trip to a tuner to get the map checked out. Let them know you are a moderate street rider and see if they can lean it out a bit.
