Extended warranty question

I just bought an 03 Busa last Sat. and it has an extended warranty till 10 / 07. Bike has only 2k miles and has only had the first 600 mile service done by dealer. In order to transfer warranty you have to send in a transfer form, $25 and all the service records. My question is, the service manual says, 600 miles or 1 month, 4K miles or 6 months, 7.5K miles or 12 months and so on. As the bike is 2 yrs old I should be on my 4'th service now if you go by the months.
Will I be denied warranty service because of the time VS miles or do they just go by the miles?
Anybody had to deal with this issue?

The previous owner would've had a problem. I don't think you will, your obligations began when you purchased the bike. Just get that oil & filter changed and keep us informed.
