Chain and Sprockets

I am going to get new chain and sprockets..Anyone have any recommendations on what gearing I should purchase? Go up on the back a few or just leave it stock?

What type of riding do you do?

My guess is I will be sport touring on it mostly..I am getting to old for those 2-3rd gear wheelies..I would think the Busa would have plenty of torque in the twisties with most any gearing...The old owner side is buzzed some at 90 mph with stock gearing...

If you will be doing mostly sport touring solo, I would stay with the stock gearing 17/40, if you do 2up alot, or want some more fun in the twisties, then you might want to try 17/42.

I like stock gearing with vortex sprockets.
