I would agree it was the road surface. About the pilot roads. I have read many posts about them being too hard and not gripping well. I run sports and lean them all the way to the edge and have great traction (on good roads). The sports are more money so if you paid for sports I'd be pissed. Also if you are aggressive try to run your psi around 34 on both 42 is fine for day to day but if your gonna throw her over drop the pressure a bit!
