Hmm maybe the guy welding this all together only speaks Mandarin and has never seen a "busa"

any company that runs at 100% issue free is not selling anything...

just pick up the phone during their business hours and "be nice" bet they get you fixed right up... (I know it is annoying when the bike is down and no parts)

Haven't had any problems with their customer service either. If it's their problem, they will fix it.

I can see your miffed at the error - but wouldnt it have been fairer to give Brocks the chance to sort you out before slagging them off on a public forum?
im not slagging them i said i know i was buying the best exhaust for the bike and they are a good company i was just saying what my problem was and i was a little mad at the moment like anyone would be, and when i load the file now it says its to big.

i try and turn the tabs they dont move but they dont look welded but the day of the install my buddy said they must be welded on im gonna try some lubrication thanks

there not welded the pull out and you bolt that to the head before installing pipes.
