think about offering easy "upgrade" parts like the woodcroft or similar, primary covers, etc that you can get decent margin on and put on in 20-30mins

I had an idea like this a few years ago.. but just be a nitrous refill station. Small freezer, a generator, scale.... sell small NOS parts... etc.... and in a portable trailer.... can be anywhere I want it to be. Never happened though and someone opended up a permenant one at the track. (But it is still only open when the track is)

I sold nitrous at the track and all I took was 4 large bottles, my cryo pump and a scale.. After the car or boat was out of the trailer, the guys would drop bottles and I filled them between rounds..
