I see other titanium axles from different companies are they that different in quality I assume?
Well , they all should be made to spec , same size , shape etc. as the stock units they were made to replace . But , some could potentially have a reduced life span if not high grade ti and hard used , or not lubed correctly , and machined for maxium weight reduction for 1 season use only recomended .
Right now Mettec USA , have clearance sale listed GSXR 1000 rear axle in ti , .around US $680 . This is the same rear axle as Busa uses , 28mm diameter , with threaded end M25 x 1.5mm , which you can score a ti nut later for . That is all there , but you can get a ti / aluminum swingarm pivot from Unit 5 , maybe through them direct or someone carrying them . Or you can get a swingarm pivot , a SAE Outlaw full ti version from Schnitz Racing , I am pretty sure . Then you only got to score the front . I can recomend a very expensive option , but best axle manufacturer in the world , a Beta titanium axle .
Lastly you wait it out , maybe even quickly get lucky , and find someone with a Zeta front and maybe rear set for sale , these are gold ti nited , and are well designed and worth paying a reasonable price for .
