Did you have them made or did you find them somewhere?I put them on my grey '08 tank, and liked them better than the factory chrome ones.
They were black vinyl decals, from a company that already made the Suzuki logos in different colors and sizes, including custom.Did you have them made or did you find them somewhere?
Cool.....They were black vinyl decals, from a company that already made the Suzuki logos in different colors and sizes, including custom.
I also ordered grey kanjis for both fairings, which looked ghosted in...but that was 2009, and they were a small business then...and I can't remember their name.
But, most any vinyl cutting decal shop can make them.
I peeled the stock S's off the tank with fishing line, then cleaned the foam sticker glue off of the tank.
I also boxed in each S with masking tape, so I could put the black vinyl S's back in the exact same spot.
Can you post a pic?I put them on my grey '08 tank, and liked them better than the factory chrome ones.

That tank decal sure is subtle.......I had to really look to see it.....If you zoom in on these you can see it some pictures, and not in others.
One shows it almost silver like, but the decals had a flake that you could see at certain angles in the sunlight, otherwise they were very dark or not visible.
They ghosted in well with the paint.
They wouldn't be hard to replicate, or find just the right color you like.

Cool bike.....do you know where it ended up?
Pretty cool legacy.......Thanks
I traded it even at the dealer for a B-king around 2012, with 17.5k miles on it, and saw the guy who bought it zhortly after, and he came here to the org for a little while.
He still had it last year, as it showed up on FB Marketplace and I contacted him(he still only lived about 45 minutes away).
The bike had 84k miles on it, and he said it had been the best bike that he ever owned, still stock clutch, and it never gave him a problem.
(Keep in mind that I gave it hard break-in, and rode who knows how many wheelies for miles on it...a testiment to how good a bike it is)
He said that the suspension was tired(I'm sure, 84k, lol) and he really just wanted a new bike.
It crossed my mind to buy it for the $4k obo, but it sold 2 days later, probably for the best for me, lol, and that the buyer was from Georgia.
I watched the org closely for the next few weeks to see if the new owner would show up here, but I never saw it again.
That's also the orginal Gen2 Trunk Mod bike
And Gen2 Wheelie video bike from somewhere in antiquity on the org...lmao
It had a few other custom farkles on it too
Im selling this Ceracarbon Sprocket If anyone wants it. $350 shipped. I bought the wrong size for my wheels. This replaced stock gen 2 Sprocket 43t 530 chain. The one I need is for BST rims.Yeah I already calculated the estimated cost. It's gonna be as expensive as top trim Panigale V4r. And yeah I'm installing some safety and security features on it.
Someone tries to steal her is gonna have a bad day. And will be busted FAST. Also while I'm looking at my tank check this out.....
