Battery Problem?

I ask this question here because you guys are very helpful and a great bunch of guys.
My friend's CBR 600's battery keeps getting drained. He just put a new one in it and it is still leaving him stranded. I thought he said it died while it was running once too. Any help will be very appreciated.

I would have to guess that it isn't charging properly. Use a voltmeter & check the batter while it is running & it should have 14 volts (+/-) when revved up some. Chances are the regulator died or possibly even the alternator.

m8 i think ur find out it's the rectorfire.mine done the same when i had a cbr6 had to get aftermarket 1 and that was £80.
