Battery Drain Problem

I have a 2000 Busa, and I had the engine rebuilt in Nov. I rode it for 20 miles an the battery drained where it would not restart. I bought a brand new battery, and it happened again. I had a hi output stator and rectifier put on, and the problem still happens. Can anyone please help.

Yep I am having about the same problem right now. Taking her apart to find out why tomorrow.
I do not have a built motor thought lol.

Im guessing with the built motor you run a 24v starter/charging system?

No the motor was built to stock specs.

Yes, he replaced the battery. Pondering this a little. I'll get back if I think of anything.

Check the stator output and all wiring. Sounds like you got a loose wire.

Does the bike have an alarm? Also check the voltage regulator.
