APE Heavy Duty Starter Gear

Need some directions on the clearance issue, how to go about?

Mine is a 01, I was recommended to get a 03 to replace it to save the trouble....

no help here... do the part numbers match or has the starter changed from 01 to 03?

Got the answer today , the 03 starter cap will do the trick but the damn starter gear teeth not in line with the starter motor....
