Anybody recommend heated gloves or covers?

I have a condition where the ends of my fingers lose circulation when exposed to cold temps so riding the Busa and my bicycles in temps under 10C requires that I be a bit careful or keep my rides short. I was looking at some covers thru Aerostitch that seemed pretty cool as they can go over my Speedmaster gloves and provide some extra warmth. The only issue is they only come in this odd blue colour. They might have to do if I don't have any alternatives but I was hoping you guys might have some experience with warm riding gloves, either heated or not?

this is a heated item section from a Local Store in WA state but I'm sure you can find similar gear elsewhere
