Will have to look at that. My jacket is tight, and you can make out a cell phone outline.

IF I were ever to carry on the bike, I'd just carry in the tankbag.. My coat "prints" a cell phone too..

I didnt want to start a whole new thread, but for those that regularly carry on a bike, how do you do it without exposing? I dont like shoulder rigs and I am not going to carry in my tank bag. Any thoughts for conversation?

Inside the pants holster in the small of back. I carry a Ruger SP101 357 so size is not a huge issue.

I have a couple of options with this set up. I prefer 3 to 4 o'clock. But since my pants do not have belt loops, I would have to wear a pair of shorts under my gear. I usually do that anyway, will have to see how it works out. Just dont want my jacket riding up exposing me.

But, don't you know that's 'cool'?

The gun I'd be carrying is small enough to fit in my pocket without printing. If it's that big, tankbag.

Does your cheap holster cover the trigger guard? And if you like Crossbreed, check out Cleveland's Holsters Its what I carry and its much cheaper.

Why do I find these things after I order others?? This place is less than 10 miles from my house.. :banghead:

How do you like it? I ordered a Tommy Theis holster.

I love it. Very comfortable. I can carry a g21 all day with no issues or printing. It also has like 50 some odd adjustments you make for height and kant.

Never had an issue. I promise I could care less about the cool factor. I have asked the ONE guy I ride with that knows I carry and he says he has never seen it while I was riding. Cool or not what good does a "carry" gun do in a tankbag?? Gonna tell a bad guy....hold up a sec while I retrieve my bag gun?? Tis the reason I chose a smaller revolver for a carry gun instead of my 45.

I honestly think that if I had a SOB holster on under my riding jacket zipped up, it would take me less time to get to my tankbag. But I haven't tried this. I've got all winter to practice.

You must practice any carry form your going to use and are comfortable with. No matter the rig, bag or chosen weapon. In a must situation fumble fingers is not an option!

7p principle....
Plenty of prior practice prevents piss poor performance.

I was kidding about the cool factor. I've seen some that thought it was cool for it to show which I thought was pretty foolish.

Gotcha and I agree.

The only reason that one guy knows is he asked me if/what I carried. Seeing as we are very good friends I was comfortable with discussing it with him. We had been riding together for over a year at that point and he had no clue I had been armed every time we were out.

If I am awake and dressed I am armed except at work:whistle: I figure the less that know the better off I am.
