59 Harley Hummer restoration project - almost complete

Be nice now. That is why I like and Dislike living 2 blocks from one of those places. Very nice when I need something but bad when my wallet acts like it is overflowing.

It would be bad if I had a shop that close.

Wow that's cool. Gonna have to get some vintage gear to go with it.
Great work.

He's talked about one of those old style leather "helmets" and goggles. We'll see, though.

It's definitely been a labor of love. He's scoured the internet for refurbished or new-old-stock parts. Almost everything - including the paint - is just the way it would be when rolled off the showroom floor in 1959.

I can't wait to see him ride it.

OH I can just imagine. So did you drop a hundred while there?:laugh:

I've come to realize that I have an irrational bias against some things.

1. NE Patriots
2. (You have to guess this one)

and

3. DFW area Harley riders.

You, my dear, aren't in DFW so this bias doesn't apply to you.

Thanks but I built her to ride. I wanna see how it handle the dragon or three sisters. Top end will be 50-ish.

I see a Feature photo on Killboy's website in your future!

Looking fantastic Dan! props to you and Mike!
