I was totally digging that 2021 Adventure S (tech-wise anyway, the treatment around the Radar in front is sketchy looking to my eye), because it had essentially all of the tech I was hoping the new Busa would have! Additionally they have a new Superduke GT, and Advnetrue R coming as well. But I was reading the other day that KTM may not even bring the 2021's to the states because they have a big stockpile of the current ones they cant move!

(...) but I have a back and a knee that flares from time to time so a more upright position without forward controls is what I am looking for. (...)

for your back change the entire bar to superbike like i did here at my ´00
Stand_2010-11-07_3.jpg

material costs (top yoke, bar, brakeline(s))
here in germany around 450€ plus ~ 3 hour
eventually plus some 75 € for SW-MOTECH HANDLEB.ADAPTER which additionally raises your handlebar by 31 mm and moves it back 22 mm.
blacks shown available also in silver

My recommendations:

M109R - BY FAR the most comfortable seating position ever
Yamaha Stryker - Absolutely love mine! 10000 times more fun than my old FatBoy
Yamaha VMAX - All around badass bike will balls to match
Yamaha Raider - 1900CC, more badass than stryker but air cooled

That's a big list of Yamahoppers....I like all those bikes too...

I rode a couple Beemers which in my opinion were the most comfortable, mile eating bikes I've ever thrown a leg over (RT and GS mostly).
