2015 Hayabusa will not go over 60mph

Hopped on the interstate today only to find out my bike won't go over 60mph and gets hemmed up around 3000 rpms full throttle...what can be the cause of this?

First thing I would check would be the fuel filter, and the fuel pump.
They are both common problems, and will cause your issue.

Well, it could be electrical or fueling, either can cause these issues.

Has the bike sat for any length of time?
Do you have any mods on it?
How old is the battery?
Have you ever changed the "teabag" fuel filter in the fuel pump?
Have you changed out the spark plugs?
