ok so after all this time i have finally got the problem solved. looks like it was off on the timing and it was both cams off one tooth. everything looked right but when the shop looked at it thats what they came up with. you guys where right and i just couldn't see it. thanks for all the help and info.

That’s great news, that it’s fixed but a shame you didn’t spot the timing out, well, it’s all a learning experience.
