02 busa falls flat

My busa falls flat when i hit 5500 rpm, it dont matter what gear am in. I just recently blown my head gasket wich i had to get change. After i got that fix it started to do this. So my question is can the timing of the motor be off where it misses or stalls really bad?

Codes c24 and c27 come up, i know they mean ignition #1 an #4. I also replaced all the coils along with a new wire harness with new fuses. Also put a new map on my pc3. Put new spark plugs in. Checked all the vacu lines an wires, still the same problem.

I don't know if this helps or not, but I loaded a pcIII 'map' for an 'Akrapovic' full system after I installed one on my 03. The bike fail on its face at 5500 rpm! So I loaded several other maps from Dynojet for full system and almost all of them made my bike fall on its face at around 6k or 7k rpm. The only one that worked was the Ti Force with stock filter!

Thinks for ur help... Problem was solved... The cam timing was off a tooth.. Running good an strong again..
