I would get with the parents and have them push for a civil wrongful death suit. Here in Ca., if the cager says he didn't see the bike, they are automatically guilty for not looking. If we can get more people to sue the asses off of these derilict drivers, eventually they will wake up to the fact that they will have to be responsible for their errant actions...........I swear...if some cager whacks me on the road, I WILL OWN THEM !!!!!!!!!!

I am so sorry to hear of this young man's demise at the hands of an incoherent driver. Although bad decisions generally lead to bad results, it was no way for a young man to die.
