WHERE TO CUSTOMIZE A HELMET IN VA or FL???

A friend of mine from Virginia is looking for a place to customize his helmet but hasn't found one yet. Does any of you guys know of a place up there in VA or in FL?

Northern VA doesn't sound that bad...he's in Reston, near boundaries with Maryland. GA is right there I guess.

Well...Nova had his back surgery and spent some time in recovery afterwards. He was taught how to manage his wheelchair and move around using his upper body. He was released in June and I haven't known from him since, I think he went back to his mom's up in NY. Thank you for asking hon!
