I started using the Harbor Freight tire changer. Already has paid for itself. Just get you some rim savers so the tire spoons don't damage the top of the rim and for the bottom, where the rim is held by the changer, you can either dip them in rubberized tool dip or use a piece of split garden hose. I paid 90 bucks for the machine and 10 dollars for rim savers. My local CycleGear balances for free! Not sure where you buy tires but the cheapest I have found is Sportbiketrackgear.com. Good Luck
