i was too harsh in my first statement. yes she is old enough to know, but she is still a child. make her get a job and pay the medical bills. that will be punishment enough. we all made bad mistakes when we were young,maybe not like that but to a degree comparable.

Did y'all ever see the video of the woman Gymnast player that got fed up with her coach?  Anyhow, they have it on video where he says something and she immediately grabs the back of his head, pulls down, and sent a perfect knee into his face putting him on the canvas.
This video has been around the world, has obvious proof as to who did what and who initiated contact.  Think she got into any trouble? Will link video once I find it again
