I thank God each and every day and every time I ride for allowing me one more day on this earth to spend with my family and friends. No words can express this enough.
Also thankful for this site and the common bonds we have.:beerchug:

My good health, my wonderful family and girlfriend, and my amazing friends. And days when I get real lucky getting out on the parkway and enjoying my gorgeous "backyard"

Alas @Rojo, those that trust the medical industrial complex will continue to line up for chemical treatments even with the overwhelming evidence that our western nations are under an ill-health epidemic. I tell no one poop nowadays, just munch my apricot kernels, have my magnesium sulfate every few weeks and eat lots of home-grown chilli and tomatoes. Sweating helps a lot too, I have always been active and even now cycle regularly. Keep the lymphatic system pumping. On that subject, I was quite amazed when I read years ago that it's like our circulatory system with interconnected passages all throughout the body, nodes, branches, all powered by muscle movement, all feeding the toxic waste back into the blood stream for excretion.

At this point, the lymph nodes will signal to your immune system if it senses any bacteria or viruses to fight against. There are about 600 lymph nodes in your body.
Once this filtration process is complete, the lymph moves into the lymphatic ducts near the neck before re-entering the bloodstream. While heart contractions control the cardiovascular system to move blood through the body, the lymphatic system relies on stimulation from muscle contractions to operate.
